Training & Placement
Sri Balaji College of Engineering & Technology, Jaipur has been an invariably dependable collage for several years in the list of campus placement records among private collages. Its graduates are highly rated by employers from industry and commerce in the private and public sectors. Offering information, advice, guidance and support for job-seeking students is considered a primary responsibility at the college. The Placement and Training Office is provided with a well-equipped conference room and separate, well-furnished rooms for interviews and counselling.
Objectives of the Office:

To organize campus interviews for final year students with industries and business houses of repute from all over India.

Improving the employability skills through special personality development sessions thereby reducing the gap between industries & academicians. With the dedicated team of result-oriented members, the office establishes larger network with the industries.

To prepare students to face campus interviews by arranging training in Aptitude tests, group discussions, preparing for Technical and HR interviews through Professional Trainers and Experts.

To promote career counselling by organizing guidance lectures by senior corporate personnel and SBCET Alumni.

The office liaisons with the prime industries and invites them for conducting on-campus & off-campus drives for selection of the students. The office also takes feedback from the employers, so as to prepare the student to meet the expectations of the industries.

Dr. Pankaj Meel
Head, TPO & Alumni Relations
He holds an M.Phil. and a Ph.D. from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, and is UGC-CBSE NET qualified. With 14 years of experience in teaching, research, and counselling, he has supervised an international Ph.D. scholar and served as a Research & Development Coordinator. Before academia, he worked with Reliance Industries Limited, New Delhi.
He has organised and participated in numerous conferences, seminars, and workshops as a convener. His research contributions include 40 presented papers, 27 publications in reputed journals (including Scopus & ABDC), and five books. He has delivered invited talks and designed pre-placement modules for university students.
He has served on faculty boards, worked with the collageof Company Secretaries of India, and coordinated for the National Testing Agency. He is a member of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell and UGC Quality Mandate. He also holds memberships in national and international professional associations and serves as an editorial/review board member for several international journals.
