The Coordinator, REAP-2021 conducts centralized online counseling process (other than PMSSS & Management seats) for admission in 1st year B.Tech. course for academic session 2021-22 as per the REAP guidelines mentioned below:

Apply: Candidate need to fill Application-cum-Registration Form on the REAP portal www.reap2021.com as per the following schedule:

Thereafter, the coordinator, REAP will allot seats (college & branch) on the basis of merit and choices filled in REAP-2021 Application Form.
PRIORITY OF SEAT ALLOTMENT:
All seats under REAP-2021 centralized admission process will be allotted on the basis of following preferences:

| Percentile obtained in class-12 and having Physics & Mathematics subjects | 2nd Priority |
| Percentile obtained in class-12 and having Physics or Mathematics subjects | 3rd Priority |

MANAGEMENT QUOTA AT THE INSTITUTE LEVEL: Maximum 15% seats of the sanctioned intake (per course/branch) are filled by all Indian candidates at institute level. Interested eligible candidates/parents can visit in person for admission at SBCET college campus.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Candidate must have passed class-XII (10+2) examination with combination of any three subjects; with physics and/or Mathematics as compulsory subject(s) along with Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Biology/Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies/Entrepreneurship from any recognized board/university.
Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) individually in each of the three subjects mentioned above.
OR
Candidate must have passed minimum 3 years/ 2 years Diploma examination in engineering & technology with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates from reserved category) from AICTE approved Institution/UGC recognized University, subject to vacancies in the B.Tech. First Year provided the vacancies for lateral entry are exhausted.

In addition to the above, supernumerary seats are also allotted on the basis of merit and choices (branch/college) filled in REAP Application form in the respective category as per the following details:
EWS (Economically Weaker Section): Additional 10% seats of the sanctioned intake (per course/branch) are reserved for the GENERAL category candidates whose family income is less than or equal to Rs. 8 Lakh from all sources in last financial year 2020-21. A EWS certificate is mandatory at the time of reporting/admission. Sample format is available on institute’s website.
TFWS (Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme): Additional 5% seats of the sanctioned intake (per course/branch) are reserved for the candidates from Rajasthan state and whose family income is less than Rs. 8.00 Lakh per annum in last financial year 2020-21. The income certificate is compulsorily required to be submitted in the institute as per REAP guidelines. Sample format is available on institute’s website.
KM (Kashmiri Migrants): Additional 5% seats of the sanctioned intake (per course/branch) are reserved for candidates belonging to Kashmiri Pandits/ Kashmiri Hindu families (non-migrants) and for Kashmiri migrants. A migration/ Domicile certificate is mandatory to produce at the time of reporting/admission. Sample format is available on institute’s website.

PMSSS ADMISSION THROUGH AICTE: Additional 20 seats are reserved under PRIME MINISTER SPECIAL SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME (PMSSS) for the candidates belonging to union territories of J&K and Ladakh. Candidate must have passed 10+2 examination from J&K Board or CBSE schools which are located in UTs mentioned above. The family income from all sources should not be more than Rs. 8.00 Lakh per annum in the last financial year 2020-21. Eligible candidate(s) can apply through PMSSS portal www.aicte-jk-scholarship-gov.in/.

PRAGATI SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME FOR GIRL STUDENTS: AICTE provides the scholarship for female students (two girl per family) whose family income is less than or equal to Rs. 8 lacs p.a. For more details, visit the website- https://scholarships.gov.in/

BIHAR STUDENT CREDIT CARD SCHEME: The institute is listed on scholarship portal- http://www.bsefcl.bihar.gov.in/#/loginpage to provide loan under Bihar Student Credit Card Scheme to the candidates from Bihar state only.
SC/ST/OBC/OTHER SCHOLARSHIPS: The various departments of the State/Central Govt. provide scholarships/ financial assistance to eligible candidates from socially and economically weaker sections and to the wards of eligible employees respectively. Also, scholarship schemes for SC/ST/OBC/BPL/MBC/ Minority community students are provided by the concerned states as per their guidelines.
